Opening in June 2026, Wyndham Garden Dalian Zhongtian is the first Wyndham Garden property in Northeast China. Jointly developed by Liaoning Zhongtian Group and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, it is located in the core of Donggang Business District, adjacent to the 7km coastal landscape belt, serving as a new high-end business and travel landmark in Dalian.

雅格美天承接本项目全屋固装与活动家具定制工程，覆盖客房、餐饮公区、宴会厅等全核心空间。针对大连滨海城市冬夏温差大、空气湿度高、盐雾侵蚀强的环境特点，项目专项升级工艺标准：甄选高稳定实木多层基材，严控木材含水率适配北方气候；五金配件全系采用防锈耐盐雾材质，表面涂装升级防潮耐污工艺，从源头降低开裂、腐蚀风险，延长家具使用寿命。

Targeting Dalian’s coastal climate with wide seasonal temperature fluctuations, high humidity and salt spray erosion, we have upgraded craftsmanship specifically: high-stability solid wood multi-layer boards are selected with strict moisture content control adapted to northern climate; all hardware adopts anti-rust and salt-spray resistant materials, and surface coating is upgraded with moisture-proof and stain-resistant technology to minimize cracking and corrosion risks and extend service life.
